RailNovation is an industrial investor in the area of sustainable transport systems and our overall aim is the modernisation of mobility landscapes by investing into the industry to secure the expertise, capacities and competence in rail infrastructure and operation.
The first venture of RailNovation closed in March 2022 is RSRS GmbH Railway Infrastructure Projects in Vienna, Austria the expert company for rail infrastructure engineering and construction with more than 500 railway experts and more than 20 Min EUR turnover.
Our highly experienced expert pool enables to quickly screen and analyse investment opportunities, participate in M&A teams and secure the post closing management challenge with interim managers and board membership.
We are continuously evaluating new opportunities to invest or provide venture capital. We are managing our assets from our headquarter in Switzerland.
The company is owner managed by Olga and Jan Harder as the Management team.
